Water-soluble yarn at room temperature can be easily dissolved like salt in tap water without using any chemical reagents. It has excellent water solubility, hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity. Its aqueous solution is clear and biodegradable, and has no pollution to humans and the environment. PVA water-soluble series products have been applied in many fields, and are very promising functional differentiated products. According to different water-soluble temperatures, they are mainly divided into low-temperature series and high-temperature series.
Low-temperature series water-soluble thread is commonly used in sewing positioning, such as: clothing inner labels, folds, embroidery, etc., to avoid the trouble of manual stitch removal, and will not leave traces. It can also be used to strengthen wool fleece, and to make water-soluble nets for fishing.
High-temperature series water-soluble yarns are mainly used to make untwisted towels, jacquard, burnt-out fabrics, etc.
